Olive che si producono nell’alto Ionio, la raccolta di queste olive è tardiva nel mese di Dicembre e Gennaio. Buone da gustare con un ottimo pane casereccio, esaltano il sapore di sughi e salse tipiche.
Black olives that grow in the ionic area. These olives are picked late, in december and january. Excellent with good home-made bread, they exalt the flavour of typical sauces.
Ingredienti: olive nere intere, acqua, sale, olio di semi di girasole, spezie in proporzione variabile (origano e peperoncino), correttore di acidità: acido lattico.
Ingredients: black whole olives, water, salt, sunflower oil, spices in variable proportion (oregano and chili pepper), acidity regulator: lactic acid.
